Exchanges can be made
on unused and/or unopened items.
Broken or damaged equipment
may be exchanged for equal value.
All used equipment or software
has an AS IS status unless otherwise specified.
Special orders must be secured in advance.
Orders will take 3 to 5 working days
and will arrive at Nico's Karaoke Pony;
you will then be notified by phone
that your items have arrived,
and you can pick them up any time
during regular store hours:
10 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
10 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays
Closed Sundays
