Rental
System Contract
Equipment rental begins on this ______________________________day
of _________________________________200_______
and ends on the ____________________________________________day of ________________________________ 200_______
The
time of lease is based on a 24 hour period and shall be picked up and returned to Nico’s place of business during reasonable
hours arranged by both parties.
Cost
of the lease package is $150.00 per day and, for our security, an active credit card with at least $2500.00
available funds in case of damage or theft.
There
is a non refundable $25.00 deposit to hold the system for a certain date, however, it is applied to the rental cost at pick-up
date. A total of $125.00 is due on the pick-up or delivery date. When the equipment is checked back in and there is no damage or missing or broken items,
the terms of this agreement will have been fulfilled.
If there
are any missing items, disc damage, or if the rental system comes back in non-working
or other than the way it was checked out, the lessee (person who is leasing the equipment) may then refer to the equipment
description list for replacement value costs; that will then be deducted from leasing person’s credit card or leasing person can compensate for the damage with cash.
Note
that costs herein described are replacement value and not retail value. Total
dollar responsibility for the entire system is no more than $5,500.00. The person
who signs this contract as the person who will be leasing the equipment (the lessee) is
responsible for the entire system, including transporting it to and from Nico’s Karaoke Pony premises.
For
an extra charge the person who is leasing the equipment (the lessee) may
have the system delivered and picked up to and from the event location. This
charge is based on the location of the event and time that it will be needed for delivery and pick up and also at the convenience
of the delivering party.
All
MONIES ARE TO BE EXCHANGED OR WRITTEN TO NICO’S KARAOKE PONY (or Nico Wind). A
receipt will be provided when payment is made.
GOVERNING
LAW:
This
lease contract shall be construed in accordance to the laws of the State of Oregon. Nico’s Karaoke Pony hereby certifies that the information, statements and financial
information submitted to lessee are true and correct.
ARBITRATION
Any
controversy or claim relating to this lease agreement, including the construction or application of this lease, will be settled
by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and any judgment granted by the arbitrator’s
may be enforced in any court of proper jurisdiction.
